Clay Guida Wants Sean Sherk Next
“Sherk is a monster. Let’s see if he can stop my take-downs. Sean’s always someone that I’ve looked up to in his performances. What happens out of the cage is his business.”
Clay Guida made it clear today that he hopes to fight Sean Sherk in the lightweight division for his next fight in the UFC.
Guida recently won at UFC 94 in an epic battle between himself and Nate Diaz. Guida took the fight via split decision. The win at UFC 94 marked Guida’s 3rd straight victory within the Octagon. Guida’s most recent loss was to Roger Huerta and with him out of the game pursuing an acting career Guida may get a title shot if he was to beat Sherk.

This fight could be the Main Event of any UFC. Clay is definitly on a mission to be the champ in his weight class. I still say he needs to cut his hair though, it’s going to affect a win for him one day.
