UFC 92 Poster and Tickets on Sale Tomorrow

The great year end event, UFC 92 will take place December 27th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event is named the “The Ultimate” and it lives up to it’s name so far. The current confirmed main event features Forrest Griffin defending his title against the undefeated Rashad Evans who recently KO’d the mighty Chuck Liddell. “Rampage” Jackson will also be returning to the Octagon after losing his title and going through a rough patch with the law. Jackson will be facing arch rival Wanderlei Silva. The only other confirmed fight is for the interim heavyweight title. Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira will be defending the interim title against his current opponent on the Ultimate Fighter Frank Mir.

UFC 90 Official Event Poster

Here is the official poster for UFC 90. Anderson Silva will be stepping into the ring as a middleweight once again to defend his UFC Middleweight Championship against Canadian Patrick Cote. As of writing this only three fights have been confirmed by the UFC for this event. The title fight mentioned above, a fight between welterweights Diego Sanchez and Thiago Alves and a light heavyweight battle between Thales Leites and the undefeated Goran Reljic.
